Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian/Sanitation Specialist to join our team at Jack Link's. This is a 3rd shift position, working Friday to Sunday, 5:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform housekeeping, sanitation, and decontamination duties in the Underwood facility, including all areas in 2M and Operations.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, clean walls, windows, conference rooms, offices, restrooms, equipment, and railing.
  • Operate motorized floor scrubbing equipment and maintain high-touch point areas in the facility.
  • Stock custodial supplies for use within the facility and offices.
  • Follow set company and OSHA safety rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Suggest improvements and continuously improve the quality of support activities.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and wear PPE as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary, but knowledge of warehouse facility cleaning and upkeep is preferred.
  • Excellent attendance and dependability.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to read and interpret documents.
Work Environment

The work environment is a plant/office setting with varying degrees of temperatures and noise levels. Exposure to manufacturing equipment movement and wet/slippery floors may be present.
