Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed clinical psychologist to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review behavioral health records electronically through a secure Web Portal
  • Perform comprehensive assessments in person on each Veteran
  • Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal

The successful candidate will not make disability determinations, but will provide critical information used by the U.S. Veterans Administration in their decision-making process.

Requirements
  • A Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA Accredited program/school
  • An active and unrestricted Psychology license
  • Meet the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA

Schedule

This is a part-time or full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling available. Average caseload is 4 Veterans per day.

Estimated Salary: $65,000-$85,000 per year based on location and experience.
