Senior Cardiology Nurse Manager

Tenet-AZ Region is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cardiology Nurse Manager to lead our team in Phoenix, Arizona.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThe Senior Cardiology Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cardiology unit. This includes coordinating functions and activities related to departmental functions, scheduling efforts of RNs, and acting as a liaison person to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements
- Train and mentor staff members
- Effectively communicate with pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff, and hospital administration
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively implement change, and experience in managing departmental budgets.
Qualifications- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school
- Minimum two years of relevant clinical nursing experience
- Management experience with two years of supervisory experience preferred
