We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at McDonald's. As a Custodian, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant, ensuring a positive experience for our customers and employees.
Responsibilities- Maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the restaurant, including floors, walls, windows, and equipment.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
- Assist with the maintenance of equipment, including cleaning and lubricating machinery.
- Help to maintain the grounds and exterior of the restaurant, including landscaping and snow removal.
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
