The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Diabetes Care team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of digital health. Your expertise will help us create innovative products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of innovative products, leveraging traditional UX practices and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate and test design ideas, balancing user needs with business goals.
  • Collaborate directly with customers to ensure designs are rooted in real-world user needs and behaviors, enhancing the overall experience.
  • Use storytelling to bridge the gap between user needs and business outcomes, ensuring design is a key strategic driver across the organization.
  • Define and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across various product touchpoints.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Design / Human Factors or related field plus minimum of 6 years related work experience.
  • Proven experience designing holistic, end-to-end consumer product experiences that resonate with users and drive business success.
  • A sophisticated design sensibility, shaped by a deep curiosity for both design and the world around you, continuously seeking inspiration from diverse sources.
