The Boar's Head Resort is seeking a skilled Painter to join our facilities team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and appearance of all resort facilities.

• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of all resort facilities, including painting, wall repair, and surface preparation.
• Facilities Support: Assist other departments as needed, including installing and removing awnings, snow removal, and cross-training with the Engineering Crew.
• Emergency Response: Support the Emergency Response Team in handling emergencies around the property.
• Technical Skills: Work with computers for maintenance requests and building automation, glaze windows, scrape and sand-out roughness to prepare surfaces for priming/painting, clean surfaces of mildew prior to priming/painting, and remove fixtures from walls prior to painting.
• Carpentry and Drywall: Complete basic carpentry tasks, including measuring, cutting, nailing, etc., and repair bed posts. Assist with drywall installation, including taping and finishing joints and patches.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in painting, carpentry, and drywall installation.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials, with frequent standing, walking, and climbing.
