Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Lumber and Building Materials industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including contractors and builders
• Provide expert knowledge of lumber, trusses, and exterior building materials to customers
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies

• Minimum 3-5 years of Outside Sales or Account Management experience
• Strong knowledge of lumber, trusses, and exterior building materials
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers
• Highly motivated and results-oriented
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
