Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Mechanic Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will assist our technicians in repairing, fabricating, and installing industrial pumps and related equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist technicians with repairing, fabricating, and installing industrial pumps and related equipment
  • Perform general shop duties, including upkeep and maintenance
  • Work overtime as needed to meet customer demands
Qualifications
  • Training is available to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Must be mechanically inclined and able to learn quickly
  • A validated technical training course in diesel, industrial maintenance, or commercial HVAC is required
  • Experience repairing rotating equipment is preferred
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment and interact with customers in a professional manner
  • Able to operate a forklift and meet physical demands of the job
Additional Information

Physical demands of the job include lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance. Working conditions include power, mining, and shop environments. Training and certifications in diesel, industrial maintenance, or commercial HVAC are required. Shift time is 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call rotation. Travel is required to customer sites.
