Salary RangeWe offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Job DescriptionAs a Senior Mechanical Designer in our Chapel Hill office, you will play a key role in helping us develop system designs from concept plans and interpret information gathered from users, project partners, field surveys, and code research. Your expertise will enable us to establish design criteria and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Establish design criteria and develop system designs from concept plans
  • Interpret information gathered from users, project partners, field surveys, and code research
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in HVAC or Architectural Design or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC design
  • Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD required
  • Understanding of applicable design codes and specification requirements
