Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse II to join our team at Sutter Health. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient-centered care, addressing potential and actual health and illness problems.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and report patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
  • RN-Registered Nurse of California
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
  • 2+ years of experience in an acute clinical setting, preferably in a telemetry unit
