Senior Club Administrator

The Senior Club Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and management, with experience in managing teams, budgets, and operations. They will be able to analyze problems, develop solutions, and implement changes to improve the club's performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the club's operations, including finance, HR, marketing, and facilities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the club's performance and achieve its goals.
- Lead and manage a team of staff members, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Analyze financial data and make informed decisions about budgeting and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree (BA); or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Class A member of PGA/LPGA member preferred.
