Job Summary:

Parking Management Services is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Parking Lot Auditor / Lot Attendant. This role involves monitoring parking lots and garages, performing operational duties, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor parking lots and garages to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform operational duties as required, including but not limited to, assisting customers, managing parking equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work independently, using sound judgment and decision-making skills to resolve issues and make decisions
  • Use personal cell phones for work purposes, as required

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience
  • Physical ability to walk 8+ miles in a shift and work in all types of weather
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check post-hire
  • Ability to work independently and use sound judgment and decision-making skills
