About the Job:
  • Supervise a team of service professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Hire, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Drive company-owned vehicles to customer sites, assisting with lifting, carrying, and navigating customer accounts as needed.
  • Oversee key service department functions, including maintaining customer relationships, managing contract renewals, increasing internal sales opportunities, and optimizing route structures.
Education Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
Additional Requirements:
  • Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) or Provincial requirements for operating a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
  • Hold an active driver's license and be at least 21 years of age
  • Obtain a DOT medical certification prior to employment and provide documentation verifying previous employment
