- Maintain inventory levels and negotiate with vendors to secure high-quality products at competitive prices
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Extensive culinary experience
- Culinary school certification preferred
- ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
- Strong leadership and management skills
