Job Summary

AdTheorent seeks a Digital Sales Planner to support the East Coast Sales teams in NYC. This role involves leading brainstorming sessions to develop actionable campaign solutions for advertisers, creating customized proposals, sales decks, client templates, and vertical materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain proposal decks, client templates, and sales deliverables to support the Sales team
  • Collaborate with Creative, Sales, and Client Services teams to ensure timely and optimal proposal delivery
  • Own pre-sales plan pricing, inventory forecasting, and plan revisions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce records and pipeline information
  • Build and maintain positive communication between internal teams
  • Work closely with the Strategy team to balance resources and ensure organizational success

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues and clients
  • 0-1 years of experience in a similar position in the media/ad-tech space
  • A self-starting mindset with the ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changing environments
  • Strong project management skills and deadline-driven approach
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Knowledge of the latest digital advertising trends and online media
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
