About the Role

The Clinic Director will lead our clinic's daily operations, steering the collaborative efforts of an interdisciplinary care team. Your leadership will provide oversight, direction, and continual enhancement to our clinical practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Leadership: Guide and support your team in day-to-day management, with a focus on scaling our unique care model without compromising quality.
  • Direct Patient Care: You'll be actively involved with patients, overseeing admissions, managing the intake process, and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaboration & Development: Engage in continuous dialogue with stakeholders to create, refine, and implement innovative processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Licensure: Unrestricted registered license in Texas as a Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • Prior experience working with severe mental illness (SMI), other mental health challenges, and addiction.
  • Holistic health perspective, with the ability to work effectively in various settings and with diverse populations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the capacity to inspire your team and negotiate solutions that benefit our patients and the organization.
