Chief Veterinarian Officer

We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Medical Director/Veterinarian to join our compassionate and collaborative team near Winston-Salem, NC. This role offers a supportive, family-oriented environment with a focus on both professional excellence and team well-being.

Our practice is fully equipped to provide comprehensive, high-quality care for our patients, whom we treat like family. Located near a specialty and emergency hospital, we offer a variety of modern diagnostics and treatments, including acupuncture, digital radiology (including dental), therapeutic and surgical lasers, and an in-house diagnostic laboratory.

We prioritize the health and well-being of our veterinarians by offering a flexible four-day workweek and ample paid time off (PTO). Our robust compensation package includes:

• A minimum base salary of $115,000
• A sign-on bonus and relocation support
• Production-based bonuses
• $5,000 CE allowance
• Additional PTO for CE
• A wellness & development stipend of $10,000 annually
