Position Overview:


The Cashier/Server is tasked with delivering prompt and friendly service to customers, while also ensuring a professional appearance of the establishment. This role is essential in achieving complete customer satisfaction and upholding the high standards set by WKS Restaurant Group.


Key Responsibilities:
- Providing answers to customer inquiries and delivering courteous service

- Accurately taking and fulfilling orders

- Engaging in suggestive selling techniques with politeness

- Processing payments and providing correct change

- Inspecting products for quality in accordance with company standards

- Preparing necessary ingredients for doughnut production (glaze, fillings, and icings using the correct formulas)

- Restocking items to ensure freshness

- Assisting with unloading delivery trucks

- Following procedures and company standards as outlined in training materials

- Answering phone calls promptly and utilizing greeting procedures

- Offering product samples to customers at management's discretion

- Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned

- Conducting sanitation tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Sanitation Duties Include:
- Sweeping and mopping all required areas

- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms

- Wiping down tables and chairs in customer areas

- Emptying trash receptacles

- Keeping the exterior and surrounding areas clean

- Washing windows

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills are essential

- Excellent communication abilities are required

- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions

- Basic literacy skills are necessary

- Must pass a drug screening and background check

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
