Be the Island Guide
Create a relaxed destination by greeting all guests with a friendly smile and demonstrating genuine hospitality. Set the course by delivering exceptional services by providing knowledge of all food and beverage menus, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation. Build the perfect oasis by practicing proper cash handling, operating the point-of-sale system, and maintaining hospitality standards. Support your crew by maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests.
Essentials for Life in Paradise
You'll need 1+ years of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant, a current food handler's card, and alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law. You'll also need to meet the minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages, have basic knowledge of food and beverage service/hospitality, excellent guest service skills, and a high school diploma or GED. Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business.
Essential Physical Requirements
Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently, bend/stoop/kneel required frequently, and routine standing for duration of shift. You'll also need to maneuver hand carts, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys, and other tools listed in the training manual.
