Position Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of OD/ID Grinder. This position requires expertise in CNC machining, particularly with Mazatrol programming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC OD/ID grinders efficiently.
  • Analyze technical drawings and specifications.
  • Operate additional machinery as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in measuring precision ground components using standard manual inspection tools.
  • Ability to interpret customer blueprints and comprehend dimensioning and tolerances.
  • Capable of working from technical documentation and manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks effectively.
  • Familiarity with machine tools and equipment is essential.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills are required.
  • Experience with OD and Surface Grinders is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

Compensation: The pay rate for this position starts at $18 per hour, commensurate with experience.
