Posición: Técnico de Comportamiento Registrado (RBT)

Descripción del Trabajo y Responsabilidades:

Apoyo Personalizado:

  • Ofrecer servicios de apoyo conductual uno a uno a estudiantes de educación primaria, secundaria o preparatoria, asegurando atención y asistencia personalizadas.

Implementación de Intervenciones Conductuales:

  • Ejecutar planes de intervención conductual elaborados por Analistas de Comportamiento Certificados (BCBAs), utilizando estrategias efectivas para apoyar el progreso del estudiante.

Enfoque Colaborativo:

  • Colaborar estrechamente con maestros, personal de apoyo y familias para garantizar la consistencia y efectividad de las intervenciones, creando un entorno de apoyo para el estudiante.

Gestión de Documentación:

  • Mantener documentación detallada sobre el progreso y los datos de comportamiento de los estudiantes, facilitando la toma de decisiones informadas y la evaluación continua de los resultados de las intervenciones.

Requisitos:

Certificación RBT:

  • Poseer certificación como Técnico de Comportamiento Registrado (RBT), junto con una formación acreditada por BACB en RBT.

Experiencia y Habilidades:

  • Se prefiere experiencia previa con Entrenamiento de Respuesta Correcta y experiencia en ABA (Análisis de Comportamiento Aplicado), además de fuertes habilidades de comunicación, colaboración e interpersonales.
