About the JobThis is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Anders Group, LLC. As a seasoned professional in the field of progressive care unit nursing, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities- Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans to address complex medical needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Education: Provide education to patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Graduate Degree: A diploma or associate's degree in nursing from an accredited institution is required. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
- Licensure: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in critical care nursing, preferably in a progressive care unit setting.
