Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Education: Provide education to patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
Requirements
  • Graduate Degree: A diploma or associate's degree in nursing from an accredited institution is required. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
  • Licensure: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in critical care nursing, preferably in a progressive care unit setting.
