Job Summary:The Cardiac Cath Lab RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, including preparing patients for procedures, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- 1-2 years of recent experience in Cardiac Cath Lab nursing.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
