Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as personal care and mobility, while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet patients' unique needs and goals.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical technologies and treatment modalities.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by demonstrating a commitment to excellence, respect, and compassion for all patients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Patient Care Technician or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification and CPR training.
  • Ability to lift, move, and position patients safely, with or without assistance.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
