Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

At Soliant, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at a reputable hospital in Lafayette, LA.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable pharmacist to work in our inpatient pharmacy department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacokinetics and experience in hospital pharmacy processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Order entry and verification of medications for inpatients
  • Supervising pharmacy technicians and providing guidance to ensure accurate dispensing
  • Managing pharmacokinetics and ensuring optimal medication therapy for patients
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Monitoring and adjusting dosages based on lab results and patient response
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent inpatient pharmacy experience in a hospital setting
  • Licensing: Must hold an active and clear Louisiana Pharmacist license
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
