As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include managing rentals and inventory, safely operating equipment, and performing various tasks related to equipment maintenance and operation. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with people, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Main Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
* Operate U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
* Safely move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers
* Inspect and clean equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels
* Educate customers on U-Haul products and services
* Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental
* Install hitches and trailer wiring
* Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment)
* Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment)

Requirements
* Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record
* High school diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions
The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.
