Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, utilizing various equipment to assist in the diagnosis of diseases and injuries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using ultrasound equipment, including general, OB, and vascular ultrasound.
  • Screen, schedule, and direct patients to appropriate locations and services within the imaging department.
  • Maintain working knowledge of all radiology and vascular/cardiac U/S exams and procedures.
  • Assist with the training of new staff and perform duties of Sono Lead or Imaging Coordinator as needed.
  • Meet productivity levels as established by department benchmarking and assist other areas during downtimes to maintain productivity.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Ultrasound/Sonography or Radiologic Technology.
  • 1+ years of experience in ultrasound/sonography.
  • Positive attitude and demonstrated willingness to assess and improve work environment.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks while coordinating patient flow and technical procedures.
