Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Medical Care Specialist - Progressive Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Collects data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or situation.
  • Analyzes assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.
  • Develops a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes.
  • Implements the identified plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
  • Evaluates progress toward attainment of goals and outcomes.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent.
  • A current RN license in the state of North Carolina or eligibility for licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
