Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe working environment for team members and products.
  • Respond to service requests related to plumbing, electrical, lighting, and general maintenance issues.
  • Respond to service requests for a wide variety of in-store equipment, including:
  • Hot beverage equipment (e.g., coffee makers, cappuccino machines)
  • Cold beverage equipment (e.g., tea dispensers, fountain machines)
  • Hot food equipment (e.g., fryers, griddles, tortilla presses, ovens, warmers)
  • Fuel dispensers (e.g., printers, displays, card readers, hanging hardware)
  • Air machines and vacuums
  • Work order management – prioritizing and routing
  • Building operational relationships
  • Adhering to uniform guidelines
