Job Description:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Soliant, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome communication barriers and achieve their full potential.
You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with educators to provide targeted interventions and support
- Evaluate students' communication skills and diagnose speech and/or language disorders
- Develop and implement treatment plans that promote language development and literacy skills
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Masters or Doctorate Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology
- Active SLP License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for working with students and making a positive impact on their lives
