Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Representative to join our team at Flow Components and Industrial Supply. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our products to existing customers and expanding into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Flow Components products to existing customers and identify new business opportunities in the power generation, food, mining, construction, chemical, OEM, transport, pulp and paper, marine, and steel industries.
  • Maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, providing quality end-to-end customer service and follow-up on delivery.
  • Promote Flow Components products to new markets and expand existing customer base.
  • Make outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and email to qualify leads and sell company products and services.
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions, overcoming technical and business objections.
  • Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction and maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal, and other common office equipment and software.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in selling hoses or gaskets, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • An analytical mindset and attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving and goal-oriented skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and ability to manage time effectively.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
