Industrial Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Representative to join our team at Flow Components and Industrial Supply. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our products to existing customers and expanding into new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Flow Components products to existing customers and identify new business opportunities in the power generation, food, mining, construction, chemical, OEM, transport, pulp and paper, marine, and steel industries.
- Maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, providing quality end-to-end customer service and follow-up on delivery.
- Promote Flow Components products to new markets and expand existing customer base.
- Make outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and email to qualify leads and sell company products and services.
- Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions, overcoming technical and business objections.
- Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction and maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal, and other common office equipment and software.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in selling hoses or gaskets, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- An analytical mindset and attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving and goal-oriented skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and ability to manage time effectively.
