Job Description

This is a per diem position, allowing for flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with various physical disabilities, injuries, or illnesses. Your expertise will enable patients to regain mobility, strength, and independence, improving their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to meet their unique needs
  • Conduct regular sessions to provide physical therapy services, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and address any concerns or questions from patients or family members
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a current PT license in the state of employment and CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Additionally, one year of experience in a healthcare facility is required, along with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and dedication to quality patient care.
