Expeditor

We are seeking an Expeditor to join our team at Keke's Breakfast Cafe - Largo. As an Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that food is cooked in the right order, quickly, and presented to our guests as beautifully as possible.

• Ensure orders are prepared and cooked in a timely fashion, so that all orders for a table are ready at the same time.
• Coordinate with servers to ensure that food is delivered to guests in a timely manner.
• Prepare and plate food items according to standard recipes and procedures within specified time limits.
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required.
• Assist co-workers as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.

• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).
