Nurse Professional for Medical and Surgical Care

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced medical and surgical environment. As a professional nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients, facilitating their speedy recovery, and educating them and their families on preventive health measures.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Monitoring patient conditions and assessing their needs to provide the best possible care.
  • Observing and interpreting patient symptoms and communicating them to physicians.
  • Collaborating with physicians and fellow nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
  • Performing routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements, administering injections, and maintaining patient charts.
  • Adjusting and administering patient medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  • Providing immediate medical care in emergencies.
  • Fostering a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.
  • Expanding your knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences, etc.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Proven experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Med Surge.
  • Excellent knowledge of nursing care modes and procedures.
  • Expertise in emergency care.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) with a commitment to following them at all times.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, compassionate, and patient-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
  • A valid nursing license.
