Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Management Services Director to join our team at Adventist Health.

About the Role

This is a supervisory position responsible for directing the daily operations of the ambulance department and unit deployment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in emergency management services and be able to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directs the daily operation of the ambulance department, ensuring effective and efficient utilization of resources.
  • Evaluates staff performance and recommends actions to maximize employee productivity.
  • Plans, supervises, and conducts training sessions to maintain readiness and proficiency levels.
  • Schedules EMS activities at stations and supervises employees to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a 911 system, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possession of required certifications, including Paramedic license, AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NAEMT PHTLS.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and emergency responders.

Compensation
