Job Description

This Spa Director position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the Spa Director to develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of employees delivering spa services, including salon, skin care, program coordination, reservations, reception desk, massage, and locker room areas.
  • Ensure all employees have the proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Comprehend budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reports to assist in financial management of department.
  • Manage supplies and equipment inventories within budget.
  • Maintain cleanliness of spa and related areas and equipment.


Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Director with a strong background in luxury hospitality. You should possess excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key qualifications include:

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years experience in spa, guest services, or related professional area preferred.
