We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Women's Health team at Atlantic Health System. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive care to women in the community, working collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide primary and specialty care to women, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of various health conditions
- Rotate between Rockaway and Martinsville practices, working collaboratively with a team of physicians and healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patients' unique needs and health goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures
- Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- 3 years of OBGYN experience preferred
- EPIC experience is preferred
- Must have excellent communication and computer skills
- Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
