Core Responsibilities
- Design and execute individualized music therapy treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments to determine patient needs and establish therapy goals.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and the effectiveness of interventions.
- Facilitate group music therapy sessions, encouraging social interaction and participation.
- Provide resources and information about community music therapy activities.
Qualifications
Licensure / Certification:
- Must possess a valid certification as a Music Therapist prior to employment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy is required.
- Master's degree is preferred.
