Job Description

Entegee is seeking an experienced FMLA Specialist to join their team. As the primary contact for employees requesting FMLA leave, this individual will be responsible for reviewing and determining eligibility for leave requests, facilitating timely processing, and maintaining confidential records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for employees requesting FMLA leave
  • Review and determine eligibility for FMLA leave requests
  • Facilitate timely processing of FMLA requests
  • Maintain confidential records related to FMLA compliance
  • Monitor and track daily FMLA usage and trends
  • Report findings and suggest improvements based on usage trends
  • Collaborate with Entegee team members and departmental management
  • Provide training and education on FMLA to managers and employees

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of FMLA Administration experience
  • Proficient with MS Office tools, HRIS systems, Kronos

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of FMLA regulations
  • Knowledge of ADA administration
  • Experience in a Union environment

Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
