Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of engineers and technicians to deliver electrical system designs and implementations for commercial projects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, structural, and civil engineering, to develop integrated designs
  • Mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on electrical design principles and practices
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective project management and coordination

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who possesses:

  • A B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) license in Iowa or ability to obtain within 60 days
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing commercial electrical projects, including design, construction, and commissioning
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design software, including Autodesk Revit and ETAP/SKM
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders
