As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will utilize two-way audio-visual technology to monitor patients and provide coaching and mentoring to department staff in areas of clinical and professional practice.
This Magnet recognized facility offers a range of benefits, including a Student Loan Repayment Program, Sign-On Bonus of up to $15,000 available for eligible applicants, and a competitive salary ranging from $32.00 to $46.50 per hour, dependent on experience.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care through virtual nursing techniques, collaborating with bedside nurses to ensure seamless patient monitoring.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to department staff in areas of clinical and professional practice.
- Assume responsibility and accountability for individual actions and outcomes of patient care delivered on their shift.
- A minimum of 2 years of Obstetric inpatient (Labor and Delivery/ Fetal Heart Monitoring) experience required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required.
- Certification in specialty required within 1 year.
Rotating 12 hour Day/Night Shifts available.
