Job Summary:
The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our team. As an Ambulatory Care Nurse, you will provide advanced professional nursing care to patients in varying states of health and illness through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient's health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to patients and families, as well as teaching and preparation for continuing care.
- Implement organizational standards of patient care and nursing practice to guide the delivery of nursing services.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of patient care and demonstrate dedication to professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- State of Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
- 1 year experience in relevant clinical area and/or independent in all areas of the Ambulatory RN I accountabilities.
