Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Quality Associate to join our team at Advanced Bio-Logic Solutions. As a Senior Quality Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, cleaning, and evaluating product complaint return samples, as well as managing complaint return sample inventory and authoring technical assessment reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Complaint Handling: Receive, clean, and evaluate product complaint return samples to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Manage complaint return sample inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Author technical assessment reports to document findings and recommendations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Interface with various Amgen sites and business partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Experience: Typically 2 plus years of related quality assurance or manufacturing experience in a GMP pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and basic statistical mathematical skills including the ability to trend data.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects or assignments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: + 4 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Associate's Degree: + 2 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree: + 6 months of work experience in a related field.
