Position Summary

In this position, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of power and manual wheelchairs, customized seating solutions, and adaptive equipment. Your mechanical skills will directly contribute to helping clients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs on specialized and high-end wheelchairs and complex rehabilitation equipment, including scheduling pick-ups and deliveries, providing loaner equipment, and documenting repairs for billing purposes.
  • Assist with equipment deliveries and setups as directed by rehabilitation specialists.
  • Receive and assemble equipment and parts according to specifications.
  • Ensure an efficient workflow for processing service orders, including maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Provide detailed reports on repair findings, quote necessary parts, and respond promptly to requests for additional information.
  • Utilize software systems for documenting service orders and managing inventory.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications
