Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Nurse Specialist to join our team at Boston Medical Center.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to individuals with mental health disorders, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- At least 1 year of experience in mental health nursing
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
