Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a per diem / prn Pharmacist to join our team in Charlestown, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and dispense medications to patients according to laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other pharmacy personnel to deliver safe and optimal drug therapy.
  • Provide consultation to the interdisciplinary team in the evaluation of current and recommended drug/treatment therapies.
  • Update and maintain patient medication profiles to contain appropriate clinical information.
  • Teach and provide drug-related information to caregivers to facilitate understanding and increase the likelihood of efficient care and safe outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current, valid license registered to practice by the Massachusetts State Board of Pharmacy.
  • Three to five years experience as a Level I Pharmacist.
  • Experience in hospital pharmacy preferred.
