Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign and oversee tasks for program staff in line with established guidelines.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure effective service delivery and operational efficiency.

  • Bachelor's degree is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Applicants must be at least 25 years old.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Fluency in a second language is advantageous.
  • Ability to read and interpret various documents and manuals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise levels are typical in the workplace.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and location may be required.

Physical Requirements:
