- Engage in daily operations & safety meetings, toolbox talks, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), and promptly report any issues using the appropriate tools.
- Inspect used components to assess changes in dimensional requirements using measuring instruments.
- Assist, perform, and potentially lead troubleshooting, scheduled preventive maintenance, and modifications on a variety of electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic equipment.
- Assist, perform, and potentially lead testing and calibration tasks of tools following documented policies & procedures.
- Identify opportunities for improvement regarding equipment, procedures, and documentation.
- Review Work Orders, AIRTs, PFTs, Forms, Checklists, Repair Requests, and ensure all relevant databases are accurately maintained.
- Communicate any problems, discrepancies, or noteworthy incidents to the Operations Supervisor and/or Operations Manager without delay.
- In senior roles, lead the team in undertaking all assignments, including troubleshooting equipment issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure all field and workshop personnel adhere to corrective and preventative maintenance procedures, following up on failures with proper root cause analysis.
- Lead the workshop and/or electronic lab, defining and distributing work assignment schedules while evaluating the quality and efficiency of the work being performed.
- Order parts, supplies, or equipment from approved suppliers according to Weatherford's guidelines.
- Support and comply with LEAN initiatives and participate in the continuous efficiency improvement program of the facility.
- Perform other duties safely as assigned by the supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
- Report all equipment failures and troubleshooting requirements to the R&M Management as necessary.
- Maintain effective communication with all key stakeholders, both internal and external as appropriate.
- Supervisors & Managers should clearly communicate expectations, roles, and responsibilities to their reports.
- All employees are accountable to the organization to be financially responsible, whether managing a function budget or their own expenses.
- Costs incurred should remain within approved budgets and processed within agreed time frames following relevant financial policies and procedures.
- Exhibit social orientation, working closely and personally with others on the job.

Experience & Education
REQUIRED
- 0-2 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in a Service Quality/Excellence role.
- High School Diploma.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Basic Mathematics.
- Awareness of NDT, NDE, and ATEX policies & principles.
- Ability to diagnose issues and problems with tools/equipment.
- Perform maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and monitoring of equipment.
- Critical thinking, active learning & listening, and complex problem-solving skills.
- Strong reading and writing skills, along with sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Time management skills.
- Quality Control Analysis to ensure products meet required standards.
