Job Description:

Focus Staff is seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide quality patient care in Thief River Falls, Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to ensure optimal respiratory health.
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical conditions.
  • Insert and remove endotracheal tubes as needed.
  • Document patient care and treatment plans accurately and timely.
  • Promote continuous quality improvement in respiratory care.
  • Teach and counsel patients and families on respiratory health and treatment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Current CPR or BCLS certification.
  • BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
