Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders, including scanning barcodes, picking and labeling boxes, and processing orders through RF technology.
  • Pick and pack orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and following safety protocols.
  • Complete RF device training to obtain necessary profiles and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Verify accuracy and package shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience with Walkie Ryder (motorized Pallet Jack) and Voice/RF scanner a plus.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret distribution documents, work well with others, and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills, with general distribution knowledge.
Physical Demands
  • Regularly exposed to walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, balancing, crouching, reaching, pushing/pulling, grasping, twisting, lifting, and frequent use of hands to finger, handle, feel, pick, or type.
  • Occasionally required to climb and lift up to 50lbs in some areas.
  • Exposed to work near moving mechanical equipment.
